Email us at support@craftgineer.com with your account email. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. The same refund policy applies: if you haven't used any credits from that billing period, you can request a refund.
