Who owns the files I create?
You do! You retain full ownership and all rights to any files, designs, or content you create using our tools. You're free to use, sell, modify, or distribute your creations however you like—no restrictions, no royalties, no attribution required.
Do you store my files or images?
No. We do not store any files you create. All processing happens in real-time, and you must download your files immediately. Once you leave the page or close your browser, any unsaved work is gone. We recommend downloading your files as soon as they're ready.
What are credits?
Credits are our simple pay-as-you-go currency. Each AI tool operation costs a certain number of credits. You get 5 free credits when you complete your profile, and you can purchase more anytime. Credits never expire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay where available.
Can I get a refund?
Yes! If you haven't used any credits, we'll give you a full refund—no questions asked. Just email us at support@craftgineer.com.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission. We only collect the minimum information needed to provide our service. We never sell your personal information to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What equipment do your tools support?
Our AI tools are designed to work with a wide range of maker equipment including CNC machines (routers, mills, lathes), 3D printers (FDM, SLA, resin), laser cutters and engravers (CO2, diode, fiber), and more. We're constantly adding support for new equipment types.
Do I need technical expertise to use your tools?
Not at all! Our AI-powered tools are designed to be accessible to makers of all skill levels. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced professional, our tools guide you through the process with clear instructions and smart defaults.
